+ Account Creation for Existing Customers
- Navigate to the Create/Reset Password page.
- Enter your email address and click "SEND". You will receive an email within a minute.
- Open your email from firstname.lastname@example.org and click on the link.
- On the Create/Reset Password page you will see a list of all accounts with this email address.
- Check off the radio button beside the account you want to create a login for. This will be your main "parent" account.
- Enter your new password and then confirm it with the second field. *The password needs to be unique within the users who have this email address.
- Click "RESET PASSWORD" when done. You will now be able to log on.

- Navigate to the REGISTER page.
- Fill out all details in form.

+ How to Add Family Members
- After logging in navigate to the My Family page. *If you see "You are not a member of any groups." please phone 604-465-2470 to set up a group.
- If you can see your group and current members, click the "ADD" button to create a new group member.
- Enter the fileds required on the next page and indicate whether the user is a child or a parent account.
