Information: Pre-requisite: youth orientation must be completed in advance of the program start date. Please wear athletic clothes, clean running shoes, and bring a water bottle and towel. Lockers are available. Proper Gym Etiquette: No jeans or clothing with buckles or street clothes/ shoes allowed .
