This program is for anyone who wants to learn how to paint! We will explore various acrylic painting techniques while also learning the elements of art and principles of design including colour, value, line, shape, form, texture and space. This fun and exciting course will give you the confidence to continue your artistic journey. Students will need to purchase their own supplies - 8.5x11 Canvas paper pad, various acrylic brushes size small to large, acrylic tube paint set of at least 6 colours plus black and white, small sketchbook, pencils, container for water.
