Stroller Circuit Class

Come get a full-body workout with your baby/toddler in a stroller. Meet other parents and babies and enjoy the benefits of exercise as you gain more energy, stronger muscles and lower your risk of postpartum depression and more. All fitness levels are welcome. Should be 4+ weeks postpartum (6 weeks for caesareans). Open to all ages of stroller-aged babies and tots. Mobile babies/tots should remain in strollers/carriers arms until core work.
