These preschool lessons will lay the foundation that later enables players to successfully control the ball and rally once entering Red Program. We teach basic locomotor and pre-rally skills including running, jumping, balancing, tracking, catching and throwing. Parent participation will encourage additional learning and support. At the end of the program, we believe tennis will become one of your family’s favourite activities to enjoy together.
