Salsa Dance - Beginners

This is a fun and invigorating learn-to-Salsa Solo dance class. You will be taken through a series of basic steps with progressive choreographed routines, focusing on styling and technique. No partner or high heel shoes required. Dance shoes recommended or a fitness shoe that is lightweight with a pivoting point on the sole..


Zumba is a Latin inspired dance fitness program. This class will help burn away the calories as you dance and train to achieve cardiovascular and muscle toning benefits. It's exercise in disguise because it is easy to follow, fun and effective.

Dance - LatinFit/Line Dancing: Beginner/Refresher

A fun Latin Fit and line dancing inspired class of Merengue, Bachata, Cumbia, Samba, Salsa and Waltz led by Doris. This is great for those new to dance and/or as a refresher for the experienced. We will be executing footwork to various genres of music, some new and familiar oldies. Bring a water bottle, clean soft-soled shoes or runners and wear comfortable clothes to move in.

Dance - LatinFit/Line Dancing: Intermediate

This Intermediate LatinFit and Line Dancing inspired class is for those with some previous experiences. Doris will guide you through the choreography as you reconnect your footwork to the following dances: Merengue, Bachata, Cumbia, Samba, Salsa and Waltz. Bring a water bottle, clean soft-shoes or runners and wear comfortable clothes to move in.

For those wanting to take their latin dance from solo to partner dancing. Think you can't dance? Got two left feet? this class is for you! Our charismatic and experienced Instructor have simplified the moves in easy to follow, step by step format so anyone can learn. No previous dance experience required, just a keen interest and willingness to try. You will have fun, gain new skills and build a new level of connection with this salsa couples dancing lesson.
